Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Isles of Scilly (Members' Allowances) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 1st April 1991.

Section 2
In the application of the Local Government Act 1972 to the Isles of Scilly–
(a) “and” is inserted at the end of section 177(1)(a)(i) ; and
(b) the words in section 177(1)(a) after “residuary bodies)” are omitted.
