Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st April 1991.

Section 2

The International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (Fees) Regulations 1988 shall be amended in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.

Section 3

In Regulation 2 for sub-paragraph (b) there shall be substituted–

(b) “the 1988 Regulations ” means the Goods Vehicles (Plating and Testing) Regulations 1988.

Section 4

In Regulations 3(a), 3(b), 5(2) and 11 for the words “the 1982 Regulations” there shall be substituted the words “the 1988 Regulations”.

Section 5

In the Regulations specified in column 1 of the Table below for the amounts specified in column 2 of the Table there shall be substituted the amounts specified in column 3 of the Table.
