Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Driving Licences (Community Driving Licence) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on Ist April 1991.

Section 2

Regulation 6 (Public service vehicle drivers' licences) of the Driving Licences (Community Driving Licence) Regulations 1982 is hereby revoked; and section 2(3) of the Road Traffic (Driving Licences) Act 1983 (which amends that regulation) shall cease to have effect.
