Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Industrial Assurance (Fees)Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st April 1991.

Section 2

In the Regulations“ the Act ” means the Industrial Assurance Act 1923.

Section 3

The fees set out in the Schedule hereto shall be payable in respectof the matters set out therein.

Section 4

The Industrial Assurance (Fees) Regulations 1990 are hereby revoked.
