Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Public Telecommunications System Designation (East London Telecommunications Limited) (Waltham Forest) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 18th February 1991.

Section 2

Each of the Applicable Cabled Systems is hereby designated as a public telecommunication system.
