Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order, which may be cited as the Child Benefit (Different Rates) Order 1991, shall come into force on 8th April 1991.

Section 2Date on which child benefit becomes payable at different rates
The day on which child benefit under the Child Benefit Act 1975 shall become payable at the rate specified in paragraph (1)(a) of regulation 2 of the Child Benefit and Social Security (Fixing and Adjustment of Rates) Regulations 1976 is 8th April 1991.
