The Gaming (Amendment) Act 1990 (Commencement) Order 1991
Section 2
Paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Schedule to the Gaming (Amendment) Act 1990 (amendment of the Gaming Act 1968 to provide for the charging of fees in respect of applications for certificates consenting to the making of applications for the grant of licences under that Act or for the transfer of such licences) shall come into force on 1st April 1991.
