Section 1
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Legal Aid (Assessment of Resources) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 8th April 1991.

The Civil Legal Aid (Assessment of Resources) (Amendment) Regulations 1991
Section 2
(1) These Regulations shall apply to applications for legal aid where the period of computation begins on or after 8th April 1991.
(2) Assessments and reassessments made in respect of applications where the period of coniputation begins before 8th April 1991 shall be made as if these Regulations had not come into force.
(3) In this regulation “period of computation” has the meaning assigned by regulation 3 of the Civil Legal Aid (Assessment of Resources) Regulations 1989 .
Section 3
In regulation 4(4)(a) of the Civil Legal Aid (Assessment of Resources) Regulations 1989 for the figure “£2,645” there shall be substituted the figure “£2,860”.
