Section 1Title and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Seeds (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 12th April 1991.

Section 2Amendment

For Schedules 1 to 6 to the Seeds (Fees) Regulations 1985 there shall be substituted the Schedules set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.

Section 3Revocation

The Seeds (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1986 , the Seeds (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1987 and the Seeds (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 are revoked.
