The Patent Office (Address) Rules 1991

Section 1

These Rules may be cited as the Patent Office (Address) Rules 1991 and shall come into force on 15th April 1991.

Section 2

The addresses of the Patent Office shall be—

(a) Cardiff Road, Newport, Gwent NP9 1RH; and

(b) for the period ending with 28th April 1991, State House, 66-71 High Holborn, London WCI 4TP, and thereafter, 25 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1AY.

Section 3

The address of the Manchester Branch of the Trade Marks Registry of the Patent Office shall be c/o Companies House, 75 Mosley Street, Manchester M2 3HR.

Section 4

The Patent Office (Address) Rules 1985 are hereby revoked.
