Section 1Citation and Commencement

This Order may be cited as the Financial Assistance for Environmental Purposes Order 1991 and shall come into force on 15th April 1991.

Section 2Variation of section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990

The following paragraph is hereby added to section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990:

(n) the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce so far as its activities relate to the protection, improvement or better understanding of the environment.
