Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Antarctic Treaty (Specially ProtectedAreas) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 25th April 1991.

Section 2
Specially Protected Area No. 11 (Cape Shirreff, Livingston Island,South Shetland Islands) shall cease to be designated as a SpeciallyProtected Area for the purposes of the Antarctic Treaty Act 1967 andshall be omitted from the Schedule to the Antarctic Treaty (SpeciallyProtected Areas) Order 1968 .
