This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Distress Signalsand Prevention of Collisions) (Guernsey) (Amendment) Order 1991 andshall come into force on19th April 1991.

Section 2
Article 3 of the Merchant Shipping (Distress Signals and Preventionof Collisions) (Guernsey) Order 1989 shall be amended by the insertion, after“Regulations 1989”, of“as amended by the Merchant Shipping (Distress Signals and Preventionof Collisions) (Amendment) Regulations 1991” .
