Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Collision Regulations (Seaplanes) (Amendment) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 19th April 1991.

Section 2

The Collision Regulations (Seaplanes) Order 1989 , shall be further amended as follows:

In article 4 after the words “the Merchant Shipping (Distress Signals and Prevention of Collisions) Regulations 1989” there shall be added “as amended by the Merchant Shipping (Distress Signals and Prevention of Collisions) (Amendment) Regulations 1991” .
