Section 1

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Consumer Credit (Period ofStandard Licence) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into forceon 1st June 1991.

(2) The Consumer Credit (Period of Standard Licence) (Amendment)Regulations 1986 are hereby revoked.

Section 2

The Consumer Credit (Period of Standard Licence) Regulations 1975 are hereby varied in regulation 2 by the substitution forthe word“fifteen” of the word“five”.
