Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Personal Community Charge(Relief) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 1991, and shall come into forceon 1st April 1991.

Section 2

The Personal Community Charge (Relief) (Wales) Regulations 1991 (“the principal Regulations”) shall have effect with the amendments prescribed in theseRegulations.

Section 3

Paragraph (2) of Regulation 4 of the principal Regulations is herebyamended by—

(a) inserting“(a)” after“less”, and

(b) adding at the end a comma and the words“or (b) if less, such sum as is equal to its set charge.”
