Section 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1990 (Commencement No. 5) Order 1991.

Section 2 Interpretation

In this Order—

“ the Act ” means the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1990.

Section 3 Commencement

The provisions of the Act which are specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order, and described by reference to subject matters in column 2 of that Schedule, shall, in so far as they are not then in force, come into force on 1st April 1991.
