Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Measuring Instruments (EECRequirements) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come intoforce on 1st May 1991.

Section 2

The Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) Regulations1988 are hereby amended as follows—

(a) in regulation 3(2), for“£28.00” there shall be substituted“£30.30”;

(b) in paragraph (a) of Schedule 2, for“£48.00” there shall be substituted“£52.00”; and

(c) in paragraph 1(1)(a) of Schedule 3, for“£33.00”,“£48.00” and“£9.20” there shall be substituted respectively“£35.00”,“£52.00” and“£12.00”.
