With effect from 1st May 1991 form 363s in Schedule 2 to theCompanies (Forms Amendment No. 2 and Company’s Type and PrincipalBusiness Activities) Regulations 1990 is a form prescribed for the purposes of sections 190(5)and 353(2) of the Companies Act 1985, but only where such a form hasbeen delivered to a company by the registrar of companies for thepurposes of an annual return by that company.
