Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Registration with Police) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st June 1991.

Section 2

In regulation 10(3) of the Immigration (Registration with Police) Regulations 1972 (which relates to the fee to be paid for the issue of registration certificates), for the figure “£36” there shall be substituted the figure “£27.50”.
