Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Employment Protection Code ofPractice (Time Off) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 13th May1991.

Section 2Appointed day for revised Code of Practice

The revised Code of Practice on time off for trade union duties andactivities issued by the Service under section 6(5) and (10) of the Actshall come into effect on 13th May 1991.
