Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Local Government Finance(Consequential Amendment) Order 1991, and shall come into force on 7thMay 1991.

Section 2Consequential amendment

Section 109(6) of the Land Drainage Act 1976 is amended by the omission of the words“or the rates upon which they are to be charged”.
