Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and Custody (Partiesto Conventions) Order 1991.

Section 2

The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 1986 is amended by deleting Schedule 1 thereto and substituting therefor the following—

CONVENTION ON THE CIVIL ASPECTS OF INTERNATIONAL CHILD ABDUCTION, THE HAGUE, 25th OCTOBER 1980
