Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Trustee Investments (Additional Powers) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 15th May 1991.

The Trustee Investments (Additional Powers) Order 1991
Section 2
The powers of investment conferred by section 1 of the Trustee Investments Act 1961 shall be extended by adding to Part IIof the First Schedule thereto the manner of investment which would be included therein if the said Part II were amended by adding the words “the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development,” after the words “the Caribbean Development Bank” in paragraph 5 and after the words “the European Atomic Energy Community” in paragraph 5B .
