Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Financial Delegation for Primary Schools) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 30th September 1992.

Section 2

Regulation 1(2) of the Education (Financial Delegation for Primary Schools) Regulations 1991 is hereby revoked and, accordingly, with effect from the coming into force of these Regulations, those Regulations shall apply to both England and Wales.
