Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the South Devon Health Care National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 5th June 1992.

(2) In this Order:

“the Authority” means Torbay Health Authority;

“the Trust” means the South Devon Health Care National Health Service Trust;

“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust before the date on which this Order is made, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 5th June 1992 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.
