Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Further and Higher Education Institutions Access Funds) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 10th June 1992.

Section 2

The Education (Further and Higher Education Access Funds) Regulations 1990 shall be amended by the addition at the end of the Schedule to those Regulations of the following institutions:
Cardiff Institute of Higher Education
Coleg Normal, Bangor
Gwent College of Higher Education
Swansea Institute of Higher Education
The Polytechnic of Wales
The Welsh College of Music and Drama
