Section 1Title, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Milk (Special Designation) Regulations (Amendment) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 23rd June 1992.
(2) This Order shall apply to England and Wales.

Section 2Amendment of the Milk (Special Designation) Regulations 1989
The Milk (Special Designation) Regulations 1989 shall have effect subject to the following amendments—
(a) after regulation 2A(5) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—
(6) any person contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Regulation he shall be guilty of an offence.
(b) after regulation 2B(3) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—
(4) If any person contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Regulation he shall be guilty of an offence.
