Section 1 Title, extent, commencement and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Suckler Cow Premium (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1992, shall apply in Great Britain and shall come into force on 15th June 1992.

(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations ” means the Suckler Cow Premium Regulations 1991 .

Section 2 Amendment of the principal Regulations

The principal Regulations shall be further amended in accordance with regulation 3 of these Regulations.

Section 3 Amendment of the principal Regulations

In regulation 4(1) of the principal Regulations for the words “The appropriate Minister”, there shall be substituted the words “In relation to applications for premium lodged during the period 1991/1992 specified in Article 1 of Council Regulation ( EEC ) No. 3605/91 , the appropriate Minister”.
