Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Court of Session etc. Fees Amendment (No. 2) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st July 1992.

The Court of Session etc. Fees Amendment (No. 2) Order 1992
Section 2
(1) The Table of Fees in the Schedule to the Court of Session etc. Fees Order 1984( ) shall be amended in accordance with paragraph (2) below.
(2) In Part 1, Head B (fees in the General Department of the Court of Session), items 3 (originating writ in certain consistorial causes) and 6 (certain other writs in consistorial causes), there shall be substituted in column 2 (fee payable) for the amount “ £73” the amount “£40”.
