Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act 1988 (Defined Activities) (Exemption) (Cambridge City Council) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 29th June 1992.

Section 2

The management of sports and leisure facilities by the Cambridge City Council shall not be treated as a defined activity so long as it is undertaken at the Parkside Pool, Gonville Place, Cambridge, before 1st January 1993.
