Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Epsom Health Care National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 24th February 1992.

(2) In this Order:

“the Authority” means Mid Surrey Health Authority;

“ the Trust” means the Epsom Health Care National Health Service Trust;

“the trust property” means the items specified in schedules of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust before the date on which this Order is made, which schedules have been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.

Section 2 Transfer of Trust Property

On 24th February 1992 the trust property shall be transferred fromthe Authority to the Trust.
