Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Devon Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1992 and shall come into force on 11th June 1992.

Section 2Amendment of Establishment Order

In article 4 of the Devon Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 for the words “3 non-executive” there shall be substituted “, 5 non-executive” and for the words “3 executive” there shall be substituted “5 executive”.
