Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Civil Courts (Amendment No. 2) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 30th June 1992.

Section 2

(1) The holding of the Maldon County Court shall be discontinued and Schedule 3 to the Civil Courts Order 1983 shall accordingly be amended by deleting the entry relating to that court.
(2) The Chelmsford County Court shall have jurisdiction in proceedings commenced in the Maldon County Court before this Order comes into force.
(3) No process shall be invalid only because the holding of the court described therein by name has been discontinued by this Order.
