Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Local Authorities (Capital Finance) (Approved Investments) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 6th July 1992.

Section 2

The Local Authorities (Capital Finance) (Approved Investments) Regulations 1990 shall be amended by the addition of the following paragraph at the end of Part II of the Schedule:

(28) A district council established under the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 .
