Section 1

The County Council of Norfolk (A1151 Wroxham/Hoveton Bypass, River Bure Bridge) Scheme 1988 is hereby confirmed without modifications.

Section 2

The said Scheme as confirmed (hereinafter referred to as “the Scheme”) is set out in the Schedule hereto and copies of the Scheme with its accompanying plan are deposited at the offices of the Department of Transport, Romney House, 43 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3PY and at the offices of the Norfolk County Council, County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich NR1 2DH.

Section 3

The Scheme will come into force on the date on which notice that it has been confirmed is first published in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 of the Highways Act 1980.

Section 4

This Instrument may be cited as the County Council of Norfolk (A1151 Wroxham/Hoveton Bypass, River Bure Bridge) Scheme 1988 Confirmation Instrument 1992.

Section 1

The Council are authorised to construct over the navigable waters of the Bure river the bridge specified in the Schedule to the Scheme as part of the highway which they are proposing to construct to bypass Wroxham and Hoveton on the A1151 in the said County.

Section 2

This scheme may be cited as the County Council of Norfok (A1151 Wroxham/Hoveton Bypass, River Bure Bridge) Scheme 1988.

Given under the Common Seal of the Council the 18 October 1988.
