Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 1991 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 30th June 1992.

Section 2

In article 6(5) of the Road Traffic Act 1991 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions) Order 1992 , after the words “where a person is,”there shall be inserted the words “on or”.
