Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Partnerships (Unrestricted Size) No. 4 (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 10th July 1992.

Section 2

Regulation 2 of the Partnerships (Unrestricted Size) No. 4 Regulations 1970 , shall be amended by substituting for the words “the Council of Engineering Institutions” the words “The Engineering Council”.
