Section 1

This Order may be cited as the A13 Trunk Road (West of Heathway to Wennington Section, Detrunking) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 16th July 1992.

Section 2

In this Order—

(i) “the new trunk roads”

(ii) “principal road”

(iii) “the trunk road”

Section 3

The length of the trunk road described in the Schedule to this Order shall cease to be a trunk road and shall be classified as a principal road from the date on which the Secretary of State notifies the Council of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, the Council of the London Borough of Havering and the County Council of Essex that the new trunk roads are open for traffic.
