Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Education (National Curriculum) (Foundation Subjects at Key Stage 4) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st August 1992.

Section 2

Section 3(2) of the Act shall be amended by—

(a) the omission in paragraph (a) of the words “, music, art”;

(b) the insertion after paragraph (a) of the following paragraph—

(aa) in relation to the first, second and third key stages, art and music;
