Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Coast Protection (Variation of Excluded Waters) (Chichester, Langstone and Portsmouth Harbours) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 4th August 1992.

The Coast Protection (Variation of Excluded Waters) (Chichester, Langstone and Portsmouth Harbours) Regulations 1992
Section 2
For Paragraphs 30, 31 and 32 of Schedule 4 to the Coast Protection Act 1949 (which exclude parts of Chichester, Langstone and Portsmouth Harbours for the purposes of the definition of “sea” and “seashore” in that Act) there shall be substituted the following, namely—
(30) Chichester Harbour, above the Chichester to Southampton railway line.
(31) Langstone Harbour, above the Chichester to Southampton railway line.
(32) Portsmouth Harbour, above the Chichester to Southampton railway line.
