Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Beaumaris Port Health Authority (Revocation) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 10th July 1992.

Section 2Revocations

The Orders specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby revoked.

Section 1

Orders relating to the Beaumaris Port Health Authority:—
(a) the Order of the Local Government Board dated 1st January 1889
(b) the Order of the Local Government Board dated 13th March 1897
(c) the Anglesey Review Order dated 31st July 1933
(d) the Caernarvonshire Review Order 1934
(e) the Order of the Minister of Health dated 14th March 1938.
