Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
These Regulations may be cited as the Local Loans (Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 22nd July 1992.

Section 2Citation, commencement and interpretation
In these Regulations a reference to the principal Regulations is a reference to the Local Loans (Procedure) Regulations 1968 .
Section 3Amendment of regulation 3 of the principal Regulations
In paragraphs (3) and (4) of regulation 3 of the principal Regulations “£1,000” shall be substituted for “£5,000.”
