Section 1

These Rules may be cited as the Fatal Accidents and Sudden Deaths Inquiry Procedure (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1992 and shall come into force on 3rd July 1992.

Section 2

In rule 4(2)(c) of the Fatal Accidents and Sudden Deaths Inquiry Procedure (Scotland) Rules 1977( ) (notice of holding an inquiry), for the words “Secretary of State for Energy” there shall be substituted the words “Secretary of State for Employment”.
