Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the United Bristol Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) (No. 2) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 29th July 1992.

(2) In this Order:—

“the previous Order ” means the United Bristol Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1992 ;

“ the Trust ” means the United Bristol Healthcare National Health Service Trust.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 29th July there shall be transferred from the Trust to the special trustees of the United Bristol Hospitals all the property transferred to the Trust by the previous Order.

Section 3 Revocation

The previous Order is revoked.
