Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Navigational Warnings) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 29th July 1992.

Section 2

(1) The Schedule to the Merchant Shipping (Navigational Warnings) Regulations 1980 shall be amended as follows.

(2) In each of paragraphs A(3), B(1) and D(1) for the words “Greenwich Mean Time ”there shall be substituted the words “Universal Co-ordinated Time”.
