Section 1

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Legal Aid (Financial Conditions) (Scotland) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 1st July 1992.

(2) In these Regulations, “the Act”, means the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986.

Section 2

For the yearly sum of £6,350 specified in section 15(1) of the Act , there is hereby substituted the yearly sum of £6,800.

Section 3

For the sum of £6,310 specified in section 15(2)(a) of the Act , there is hereby substituted the sum of £6,750.

Section 4

For the yearly sum of £2,860 specified in section 17(2)(a) of the Act , there is hereby substituted the yearly sum of £3,060.

Section 5

Regulations 2 and 3 of the Civil Legal Aid (Financial Conditions) (Scotland) Regulations 1990 and regulation 2 of the Civil Legal Aid (Financial Conditions) (Scotland) Regulations 1991 are hereby revoked.
