Section 1 Title and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Seeds (National Lists of Varieties) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 5th August 1992.

Section 2 Amendment

In Part I of Schedule 1 to the Seeds (National Lists of Varieties) Regulations 1982 there shall be inserted after the words “ Festuca rubra L. ” the words

Festuca pratensis Huds. x

Lolium multiflorum Lam.

and after the words “Red fescue, Chewings fescue” the word “Festulolium”.
