Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the Telecommunications Act 1984 (Extension of Relevant Period) (No. 3) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 4th August 1992.

(2) The Telecommunications Act 1984 (Extension of Relevant Period) Order 1986 and the Telecommunications Act 1984 (Extension of Relevant Period) (No. 2) Order 1989 are hereby revoked.

Section 2

The relevant period for the purposes of paragraph 1 of Schedule 5 to the Telecommunications Act 1984 shall be ten years beginning with 5th August 1984.
