Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (National Curriculum) (Attainment Targets and Programmes of Study in Welsh) (Amendment) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 5th August 1992.

(2) In this Order any reference to the principal Order is a reference to the Education (National Cirriculum) (Attainment Targets and Programmes of Study in Welsh) Order 1990 .

Section 2 Amendment of the principal Order

The principal Order shall be amended as follows:—

(a) In Part I of Schedule 3 (Schools in the County of Dyfed) omit the reference to `Sir Thomas Picton School'.

(b) In Part II of Schedule 3 (Schools inthe County of Dyfed) after the reference to `Milford Haven School' add `Sir Thomas Picton School'.

(c) In Part VII of Schedule 4 (Schools in the County of Gwent, Chepstow Secondary School) after the reference to
